Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Myofascial Release
A slow, sustained approach to release tension in the fascia—the connective tissue around muscles—to reduce pain, increase range of motion, and support postural alignment.

Soft Tissue Mobilization
This hands-on technique targets tight or restricted muscles and fascia to restore movement, relieve pain, and improve function. Especially effective for injury recovery and chronic tension.

Scar Massage
Specialized massage that softens scar tissue, improves mobility, and reduces sensitivity or discomfort. Ideal for both new and mature scars following surgery or injury.

Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS)
MPS Therapy is the application of the Dolphin Neurostim to therapeutically integrative protocols. MPS applies brief, concentrated DC microcurrent impulses to specific treatment points to relax muscles, calm the nervous system and release endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. When MPS is applied to pathology influencing all three systems — nervous, muscular and endocrine — making MPS therapy effective for treating many chronic and acute soft-tissue pain conditions.

Cupping
An ancient technique using suction to lift and decompress tissues, increasing circulation, reducing muscle tension, and promoting relaxation. Has many applications and techniques but primarily use it to enhance lymphatic flow, decrease adhesions and break up tissue inconsistency.

Kinesiotape
Flexible, skin-friendly tape that supports muscles and joints without limiting movement. Used to reduce swelling, provide stability, and enhance body awareness.

Mindfulness
Guided techniques to build awareness, reduce stress, and improve focus—helping you manage pain and support emotional well-being during recovery.

Strengthening
Targeted exercises designed to build muscle strength, improve endurance, and support daily function. Customized to your goals and abilities for safe, sustainable progress.
